Women over 18 years old who are impacted by another person’s gambling

Description

Way Forward is a free online support group for all women affected by another person’s gambling.

The group is run by experienced facilitators and provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences, find comfort, and empower one another.

Over seven-weekly 2-hour sessions the group explores a number of topics including the importance of looking after yourself, guilt and shame, dealing with anger and resentment and how to have difficult conversations.
