Description

Phonelink is a telephone morning and evening check call service for people aged 60 years old and over and living Edinburgh.

Phonelink can offer medication prompts and information on other services available in your community. The team are also available to provide a daily reassuring call.

Many people who use the Phonelink service live alone and rarely get visitors or leave the house. These calls provide peace of mind and ensure no one is left alone for long periods of time. If the team are unable to reach you, they will alert a named contact who agrees to check your wellbeing and safety.
