Description

PF Counselling Service provides counselling and psychotherapy for people facing the mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

Counselling may help you if you have a sense that something is not quite right and it’s beginning to affect your quality of life on a day to day basis. Counselling at the PF offers this support in the form of confidential one-to-one session with professionally trained volunteer counsellors.

At the PF you can expect a professional service where you will be given the opportunity to:

    • talk over your situation in confidence

    • reach a better understanding of your difficulties

    • decide the best way forward for yourself

Regular weekly sessions last for 50 minutes, and take place in the PF premises at the same time, on the same day each week.

The PF is a recognised organisation of (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) COSCA.
