Description
This 5-week course involves exploring 12 Life Skills, which are part of the Decider Skills toolkit. These skills enable participants to recognise their own thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours, allowing them to monitor and manage their own emotions and mental health. The course will help develop skills in 4 areas related to mental health and wellbeing: distress tolerance, mindfulness, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
