Description
SAMH Redhall Walled Garden is a therapeutic horticultural project based in a beautiful walled garden.
The project works to improve your mental health and wellbeing through gardening and a variety of outdoor tasks. The team offers a supportive environment for learning skills in IT, horticulture, being more active, spending time in nature and working alongside others. The service has an experienced staff team to lead the groups.
You will be paired with a key worker to achieve positive next steps in your recovery. Support is also available to develop better self-management and actively engage in employability, volunteering and educational opportunities.
There are two programmes on offer at Redhall. The first is for you to engage 3 days per week and is not time-limited but determined by your personal recovery plan in collaboration with their key worker. The second programme requires 1 day per week attendance for 8 weeks.
