Description

Education as Advocacy provides experience led learning opportunities about mental health which are free to all who are interested to attend. Advocacy is core to this project – the courses provide spaces for volunteers with lived experience of mental health issues to speak about their own experiences in order to educate participants and to challenge and inspire them to create change in their own lives.

You could join this project and use your own experience to educate others or you might want to attend a session to learn about others’ experiences.
