Thriving at the Fringe

The Edinburgh Festival Fringe, one of the greatest celebrations of arts and culture on the planet, takes place each August. With over 3,000 shows taking place across the city, there’s a great buzz and lots of excitement but it can also feel overwhelming at times.

This year sees the first production of the ‘Thriving at the Fringe’ guide for both Edinburgh citizens and visitors, which has a range of tips and advice to boost your wellbeing, memories of the Fringe shared by our community, and practical resources to help you stay well and make the most of your summer in the city.

This booklet has been produced in partnership by Thrive Edinburgh, Health in Mind and Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

If you would like any copies of the guide to be posted out to you, please email ithrive@health-in-mind.org.uk.
