Who is this for?

Women aged 18 years and over.

Description

This service provides one-to-one support for women living in the south west of Edinburgh.

This is not a trauma service and is not appropriate for women who are looking to discuss past trauma.  This service is for women who are looking to improve their mental health through looking at wellbeing tools and creating a support plan covering the support period.

Support is available until December and is currently being provided weekly via telephone and video call and in-person if appropriate.

Health-in-mind also run groups  providing a safe space to explore mental health and wellbeing and develop coping strategies if this is not appropriate.
