Description

This service provides one-to-one and group support for women living in the south east and south west of Edinburgh who are looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing. One-to-one support can be up to 6 months

Support is currently being provided via telephone and video call and in-person if appropriate.

Health-in-mind also run groups for women providing a safe space to explore mental health and wellbeing and develop coping strategies.
