Who is this for?

For women who are 18 years and over who are living in the South of Edinburgh. The support is for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing and build up good mental health habits through self-management and coping strategies. This is an LGBTQI+ friendly service.

This service is for women living in a south east or south west postcode, if you’re unsure of where your postcode sits please get in touch and we’ll be able to advise you.

Description

Join us this summer at the Botanic Gardens where we will be piloting a new 6 week course based on Health in Mind’s 5 Ways to Wellbeing. These group-based sessions will offer a space for women to learn and practice techniques that will help them to manage their mental wellbeing with elements of peer support from other women. Health in Mind encourages active participation so that the attendees get the most out of these sessions.

Wednesday 19th June, Week 3: Keep Learning

Wednesday 26th June, Week 4: Be Active

Wednesday 3rd July, Week 5: Give

Wednesday 10th July, Week 6: Moving Forward
