Online series of six workshops exploring a variety of subjects related to general mental wellbeing (relaxing breathing techniques, mindfulness, self-care, thinking patterns, personal boundaries, resilience). It is suitable for people experiencing anxiety and low mood.
This is a space for people to learn and practice tools and strategies for staying well, with elements of peer support. Health in Mind encourage active participation throughout the course so that the participant gets the most out of it.
