Who is this for?

Our courses are open to residents of Edinburgh aged 18+. We encourage active participation so that people get the most out of their attendance. Therefore, our courses are suitable for people who can reflectively engage in a group learning environment.

Description

A 6-week wellbeing course suitable for people who would like to develop coping strategies to support their mental health and wellbeing. We cover a variety of self-help tools and broader topics related to general mental wellbeing (e.g. mindfulness, breathing techniques for anxiety, working with unhelpful thought patterns, setting personal boundaries, building resilience). There will also be opportunities for supportive reflections and discussions with other participants who might be going through similar experiences.
