Description

The Wellbeing Project is a group work project for people who are experiencing low mood, anxiety, loneliness, or lack of motivation.

There are weekly topics:

  • sleep
  • nutrition
  • mindfulness
  • negative thinking patterns

You can learn tools and techniques to help manage difficulties and make positive and healthy lifestyle choices. The course is run by the Wellbeing Project Co-ordinator and the Community Action Worker. Once the formal group work has finished, there are many opportunities for you to stay engaged and get involved in various community projects that will further support your path to a more fulfilled life.
