Who is this for?

Women aged 18 or over, from a minority ethnic community living in Edinburgh, who would like to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Description

Online Mental health and Wellbeing Drop-in is a support group for women from diverse Ethnic Minority communities living in Edinburgh.

This group is open to any woman living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety or other mental health challenges.

It offers the opportunity for confidential support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with mental health challenges. We cover topics such as relaxing breathing exercises, personal boundaries and challenging unhelpful thinking styles and many more.
