Health in Mind offers a range of courses and one-off workshops to people living in Edinburgh. The workshops cover topics such as relaxing breathing exercises, personal boundaries, challenging unhelpful thinking styles. There is a range of courses available which explore different tools and strategies to improve our wellbeing.
