Description

People Know How offers over-the-phone befriending to adults across Edinburgh.

Having a friendly chat has been proven to help improve health and wellbeing. Befrienders are called Wellbeing Callers. They offer a friendly ear if you are feeling isolated. From chatting about hobbies or interests, to share advice and resources, Wellbeing Callers are there to listen, talk, and understand.
