This project offers walking befriending to support people who are lonely to improve both their physical and mental health.

Once matched with a walking befriender, you can enjoy weekly social interaction, grow confidence and engage in activity for all abilities. Over time, you can build your confidence, reduce feelings of loneliness and improve your physical health.

People Know How is currently offering socially distanced walking befriending.
