Availability : Edinburgh Wide

Provided by: Cyrenians

Who is this for?

For adults of all ages (18+) whose mental health may benefit from spending time with others outdoors. No previous experience or special equipment is required.

The Monday PM Green Activity Group is every Monday from 1pm-3pm.

It is an opportunity to meet people, engage with nature, try something new and improve mental and physical wellbeing.

The programme includes a range of nature based activities from conservation and biodiversity surveys, green crafts, mindfulness in nature and gardening activities. We will do some planting, learn about wildlife that inhabits the garden and make crafts from natural materials.
