Description
The Green Activity group is a 12 week social prescribing programme. It is an opportunity to meet people, engage with nature, try something new and improve mental and physical wellbeing.
The programme includes a range of nature based activities from conservation and biodiversity surveys, green crafts, mindfulness in nature and gardening activities. We will do some planting, learn about wildlife that inhabits the garden and make crafts from natural materials.
