Description

Time 4 Mum helps isolated mums, who have childcare in place, explore and participate in activities in their local community.

You will be matched with a trained volunteer and meet weekly for up to 12 weeks. Together, you will explore opportunities to do activities that you have enjoyed in the past and/ or explore new things. The volunteer will attend with you and gradually withdrawing once your have built up more confidence.
