Description

This service is part of the Thrive Physical Activity & Greenspaces Collective, which exists to support people experiencing mental health difficulties.

There are weekly walking groups and fitness activities as well as conservation, orcharding and gardening activities being delivered across the city. There are also 12 week ‘Branching Out’ programs running throughout the year in partnership with referring agencies.

We have a referral form, which must be completed before any activity is accessed. Please contact us for a copy.

Our activities are in various location across the City, changing with the seasons and demand from referring partners. Please contact us to find your nearest activities.

Opening times

Dependent on activity – the service is flexible and is intended to be as person-led as possible. Activities will be set up according to demand from incoming referrals.
