Description

This service is part of the Thrive Physical Activity & Greenspaces Collective which exists to support people experiencing mental health difficulties.

There are weekly walking groups and jogging groups as well as 8 week blocks of conservation activities being delivered across the city. There are also 12 week ‘Branching Out’ programmes running throughout the year.

Opening times

Dependent on activity – the service is flexible and is intended to be as person-led as possible. Projects will be set up according to demand from incoming referrals.
