Description

This service is part of the Thrive Physical Activity & Greenspaces Collective which exists to support people experiencing mental health difficulties.

There are weekly walking groups and jogging groups as well as 8 week blocks of conservation activities being delivered across the city. There is also 12 week ‘Branching Out’ programmes running throughout the year.
