Thistle offers support to adults living with long term health conditions, long covid, or facing challenging life situations. Support options include:

  • one-to-one wellbeing coaching
  • support to develop a wellbeing plan
  • group-based lifestyle management courses
  • group-based mindfulness courses
  • supported physical activity

Support is delivered either in-person or remotely by phone/online.
