Who is this for?

  • People aged 18 years and over, living in Edinburgh, Midlothian or East Lothian.

Description

We support people living with long term health conditions or facing challenging life situations.

What we offer:

  • One to one wellbeing coaching
  • Support to develop a wellbeing plan
  • Group based lifestyle management courses
  • Community gym and exercise classes based in Edinburgh
  • Social prescribing
  • Peer support
  • Veteran’s service

How do I access this?

  • Self referral
  • Referral by third party
  • Self Referral and referrals from any Health and Social Care practitioners are welcomed.
  • Informal calls to find out more about the service are also welcomed.
  • If you have served in any of the armed forces or are a close family member of someone who has served, please state “veteran” within your referral.

Is there a cost?

Most of our services are free of charge.

Ongoing gym/classes membership (after 3 months) costs £60 per year.

  • Support can be provided face to face in Edinburgh, Midlothian and East Lothian; or remotely by phone/online video call.
  • Our locations are fully accessible with onsite parking.
