Who is this for?
- People aged 18 years old and over looking for a supportive space to talk about their mental health and/or to listen to others share their experience.
Description
A space for positive mental health and wellbeing. You can chat individually with a peer-volunteer and/or participate in our peer-support group.
The Listening Space is a peer support space where you can share, listen, and support each other. There will be discussions and activities exploring how the group look after their mental health and wellbeing.
This group is facilitated by a staff member and volunteers with lived experience of mental health recovery. We will listen with a compassionate and non-judgemental ear to whatever you want to speak about.
We are impartial and respect your confidentiality. We will not provide advice or counselling.
This group meets in person. The number of spaces available is currently limited due to Covid-19 and registration in advance is mandatory to be able to attend.

Opening times
Time: 12:30 – 2 pm
You can also access a 1:1 listening session at 12:00 – 12:30 pm (we ask that these are requested by 5 pm the day before each meeting).
