Who is this for?

  • People aged 18 years old and over looking for a supportive space to talk about their mental health and/or to listen to others share their experience.

Description

The Listening Space is a drop-in peer support group for positive mental health and wellbeing where you can share, listen, and support each other. We will listen with a compassionate and non-judgemental ear to whatever you want to speak about. The group is facilitated by a staff member and volunteers with lived experience of mental health recovery. There will be discussions and activities exploring how the group look after their mental health and wellbeing. We are impartial and respect your confidentiality. We will not provide advice or counselling.
