Description

The Changing Room has one goal – to promote men’s positive mental health through the power of football.

Open to men aged 30 to 64, offering participants opportunities to meet up, engage in activities together and start positive conversations about their mental health and wellbeing.

The programme is run by staff and volunteers from SAMH and Big Hearts Community Trust.

Sign-up via email or form on the website. Pdf attached gives venue details. It doesn’t matter which team a participant supports, everyone is welcome.

Informal weekly conversation with other participants where we will lead various low-key activities and encourage use of some tools to help participants better manage their physical and mental wellbeing.
