Description

The Alma Project uses the arts as a therapeutic tool to support people with mental health difficulties.

It provides weekly, therapeutic art groups that can provide you with a safe space, time, resources and support. The groups can help to reduce isolation and keep you healthier for longer.

The Alma Project provides 4-5 groups per week facilitated by community art workers and supported by volunteers. Groups are generally in visual art, specific art media or craft, creative writing and drama. The project also hosts outings, social events, exhibitions and performances.
