Grab a cup of tea and a wee biscuit, and come join a guided conversation with staff and peers! This group focuses on your mental health and practicing reflection.

Contact Point is a mental health resource centre that provides a range of meaningful group activities to help your personal development, signpost you to appropriate community resources and to help prevent you from becoming isolated.

To access our social space or any of our activities, we require the completion of an individual referral and risk assessment form, prior to use. This helps us to better support you and keep the service a safe space for you and others.
