Who is this for?

People over the age of 16 with experience of the justice system and convictions

Description

We support people with experience of the justice system to build employability skills and access other forms of practical support, with the aim of reducing barriers, building confidence and identifying your goals. Through 1-on-1 meetings with trained practitioners we will support you with CV advice, disclosure advice, accessing training opportunities, work placements and support with job searching. There’s no specific timeframe for working with us, our support is driven by your goals and at a pace that suits you. Our focus is on ensuring that every person feels supported, empowered and ready to move forward positively.
