Who is this for?
Open to residents of Edinburgh and South Queensferry.
Anyone over the age of 18 who would like to learn more about stress and worry and helpful ways to manage it. It is recommended that if anyone does not feel well enough to participate does not attend.
Join us for a Stress Management Course this March!
This is 4-week course which aims to support people who are experiencing stress to identify and manage their symptoms. Stress is a normal emotional response to difficult situations, and everyone experiences stress in their lives. However, we need to recognise when symptoms become too frequent, too intense or prolonged as stress affects people emotionally, physically and psychologically and can lead to anxiety and mood disorders.
This course will support you to learn what stress is, what it looks like for you and how you can use techniques to build resilience.
