Description

Counselling offers a safe, confidential place where people can talk about the difficulties they have experienced in their lives. Health in Mind trained Counsellors will help support them through this process.

This counselling service offers telephone and video counselling (face-to-face counselling is currently suspended due to COVID-19). You can have up to 12 sessions with a counsellor.
