  •  People aged 55 years old and over who have experienced trauma and are struggling at the moment due to COVID-19

  • Health in Mind

Description

Support will be delivered by experienced, registered staff, and will be available for 12 weeks. It will focus on the specific actions that you can take to help improve your mental health and wellbeing, including developing coping strategies, managing anxieties and building self-confidence.

This will also include providing a range of resources and activities which will be posted to you. These resources offer lasting tools for wellbeing or connect you with other local supports that may be available to you.
