Description

SEASONS is a service for adults who wish to access support and activities for the benefit of their mental wellbeing.

Currently, due to the closure of the centre in response to COVID-19, staff are offering twice-weekly telephone support. Newsletters and creative activity packs are also sent out periodically and there are imminent plans for the service Coordinator Jane Mather to lead a series of small group outdoor activities in line with government guidance. SEASONS is also planning a series of activities to access via Zoom.
