Description

If you are trying to help a loved one who is suffering from addiction, it is important that you look after your own mental wellbeing.

Rainbow Recovery offer you a confidential place to offload without judgement, a safe space to talk it through and the chance to help others by sharing your own experience.

You can come along in person or join online via Zoom.
