Description

Projekt 42 is the UK’s first wellness centre to combine personal training, group fitness, yoga and mental health services. It aims to help communities see and understand the connection between their physical fitness and their mental health and the need to take care of both.

Projekt 42 has a team of over 40 counsellors counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) or psychotherapist working alongside their fitness team.

Counselling is currently being conducted online, but face-to-face appointments will resume in due course.

Is there a cost?

For the most vulnerable people in our community, access to counselling services are free, and for those that can contribute, there is a subsidised price per session based on a salary-based sliding-scale.

Costs range from £25 to £45 per session (based on income). There is a limited number of fully-funded places, offering free counselling sessions. For a higher fee, appointments can be accessed on a fast-track basis.
