We run short training webinars for health and social care workers on resilience,  mental health and how to use the free NHS resource the  Feeling Good app, which was developed by a local GP  from sports coaching and blends deep relaxation with guided mental training.  The app has been used in NHS Lothian for over 12 years by health professionals for their own wellbeing and also for patients to recover from stress, depression and anxiety.  It’s simple to use – just listen to a 15 min audio/day and begin to feel the benefit.  75% of people feel better by 2 weeks of listening.  Available in Polish and Ukranian
