Description

PF Counselling Services provides counselling and psychotherapy for people facing the difficulties of everyday life.

Counselling may help you if you have a sense that something is not quite right and it’s beginning to affect your quality of life on a day to day basis. Counselling at the PF offers this support in the form of confidential one-to-one session with professionally trained volunteer counsellors.

At the PF you can expect a professional service where you will be given the opportunity to:

  • talk over your situation in confidence
  • reach a better understanding of your difficulties
  • decide the best way forward for yourself

The counselling is offered on a time-limited basis of 12 sessions initially, which may be extended by a further 12 sessions if appropriate, but it is not a long term service.

The PF is a recognised organisation of (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) COSCA.
