Who is this for?

  • 1 t0 1 sessions with people aged 16 to 26 and group sessions with people aged between 18 to 25 years old and experiencing mental difficulties

Description

The People’s Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service offers a safe and friendly online space to make connections with others, develop a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing in a digital group setting, build resilience and reduce social isolation.

If a young person has certain barriers to group work, this support can also be offered in a one-to-one setting. Groups are run by project workers with a background in mental health.

Group sessions are Thursday from 6 pm – 8 pm.
