Who is this for?

Anyone over the age of 18 who is experiencing any eating disorder, no formal diagnosis is needed.

Description

SupportED’s support groups are a place for people experiencing an eating disorder to give and receive emotional peer support. Support groups are led by trained volunteers. It is a safe and confidential space for people to share their experiences and learn from each other.

SupportED offers:

  • An in person group once a month in city centre Edinburgh for anyone over 18 with any eating disorder.
  • Online groups several times a month for anyone over 18 with any eating disorder.
  • An online group twice a month for anyone over 18 with binge eating disorder.
