Description
Contact Point runs an open afternoon for people to come and check out the service and what’s on offer. We are open to professionals and individuals to come in, check out the service, meet some other service users, while enjoying a wee tea and biscuit.
Contact Point is a mental health resource centre that provides a range of meaningful groups and activities to help your personal development, signpost you to appropriate community resources and to help prevent you from becoming isolated.
How do I access this?

To access our social space or any of our activities, we require the completion of an individual referral and risk assessment form prior to use. This helps us to better support you and keep the service a safe space for you and others. This can be completed during an open day or we can schedule it for a time that suits you better.
