This series of six interactive bitesize workshops from Health in Mind covers a range of techniques and skills to help you cope with the new normal.

Has Covid-19 turned your life upside down?
How do we cope with the new normal?

Covid-19 has had a huge impact on us all. These six workshops are a space for you to learn about and practise skills that can help you feel less stressed and overwhelmed.

Foucssing on a different topic each week, you will leave each workshop with evidence-based tools that are practical and available to you at any time, anywhere.

Health in Mind will also help you plan ahead and look at how you can realistically incorporate these skills into your life, building your personal resilience and wellbeing.
