Who is this for?
- People aged 18 years old and over looking for a supportive space to talk about their mental health and/or to listen to others share their experience.
Description
Health in Mind’s Listening Space Online will be having a workshop hosted by Active Inquiry. The workshop will include a short, pre-recorded play, which will be part of an online interactive discussion/workshop, exploring themes of access to support, and physical and mental wellbeing. It has been devised by individuals, who struggle to get out to in person events.
Knock Know, Who’s there?
