One Parent Families Scotland (OPFS) helps single parents feel less isolated and more part of their social and economic communities.

In Edinburgh, it supports hundreds of parents per year with individual help and group activities around mental health and wellbeing, employability, family support (including weekend activities for children and their parents), and dedicated support to single and ‘contact’ fathers. OPFS provides advice and information through a free helpline and a range of digital platforms as well as advocating for the needs of single parents with local and national policymakers.
