Description
What is Music Therapy?
Do you enjoy music? Does music help you to connect with or express emotions and experiences? Would you like to express yourself in a different way? If so, come and join the Music Therapy workshop. We will meet once a week to explore different sounds, instruments, and songs together.
The aim is not to become professional musicians but to find different ways to express our emotions, thoughts and experiences through music and sound and to listen to and connect with others in a safe space.
Playing and listening to music within the group can reduce anxiety, improve mood, increase motivation, create a sense of belonging, and produce joy.
