This class is for carers and the person they care for.

Description

Date: Starts Wednesday 25 January, runs weekly
Time: 11 am – 12 pm
Location: CafeLife, 2 Cheyne Street Stockbridge

Free for unpaid carers and the person you care for! Feel free to attend alone or bring the person you care for along.

Dance movement therapy sessions provide a safe therapeutic space to engage physically, socially and emotionally through movement and dance to focus on promoting physical and mental wellbeing.

Dance, movement, play and music can spark memories and feelings, revisiting movement memories held in our bodies.

Sessions give the group time to move, listen, sing, connect and have fun!

Clare Hughs also provides tailor made movement and wellbeing home visits.
