Description

The project provides 45 mental health self care and therapeutic massage sessions for parent carers in Edinburgh who have been impacted by the loss of respite and/or day services for their young person caused by the pandemic.

In addition the feedback from these carers will be collated and used to produce a self care online resource available to any parent struggling with mental health issues.
