Who is this for?

  • For anyone 18 years old and over

Description

The project supports people who are experiencing living with issues with their Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Support is provided by the following Services;

  • Weekly Art and Drama Group Tuesday 10.00 am till 12 noon. To provide older people with an opportunity to express themselves through drama and creative work.

  • Parent and Toddler group to provide parents guardians and their children a chance to interact and gain peer support Release Therapy Groups;

  • Mind and Body Group on Tuesday morning 9.30 am till 10.30 am. The group provides support for people of all ages to discuss their anxieties and the way stress is affecting their lives. The group helps people to release stress, improve symptoms of anxiety and depression through developing self awareness, building confidence and helping to transform them into healthier versions of themselves.

  • Movement and Relaxation Group on Monday evening 6.30 pm till 7.30 pm. The class helps people to release stress and strengthen, mind body and soul.
