Health in Mind offer a free confidential counselling service for those aged 18 or over who are Deaf, deafened or hard of hearing living in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Counselling is currently available in English. Sessions can be face-to-face, online, or via telephone.
What is counselling?
Counselling is a boundaried confidential and supportive relationship with someone who is trained and experienced in helping people talk about the difficulties they are experiencing in their lives. It helps to build trust and overcome personal challenges to take greater control of life. Please watch the videos in BSL for more on our service and on the benefits of counselling.
