Description

The 18-30 Lothian Bipolar Group is part of Bipolar Edinburgh who want to provide information, peer support and self-management guidance to individuals affected by bipolar. Group members have their own experience of bipolar and help each other to stay well. This group is specifically for young adults aged 18-30 living with bipolar disorder and their carers, friends and family within this age range.

Gatherings take place on the last Monday of each month from 7pm – 8.45pm to discuss a topic related to bipolar and provide peer-support to each other. A hybrid approach is being adopted, giving group members the choice to attend meetings either face-to-face or remotely via Zoom. As of April 2022 the hybrid meetings will take place in The Melting Pot, 15 Calton Road, Edinburgh, EH8 8DL.

The group’s website provides information about bipolar and links to helpful information sources.
