  • People aged 18 years old and over looking for a supportive space to talk about their mental health and/or to listen to others share their experience.

Description

  • The Listening Space is a drop-in space to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Pop in and meet our friendly team of peer volunteers, have a cup of tea and find out more about the space. Whether you are looking to improve your wellbeing or interested in volunteering. Everyone is welcome!
