  • Women from early pregnancy up until when their baby is around 2 years old

Description

Perinatal Mental Health Support groups for mums and mums-to-be who are struggling emotionally.

The groups are run by two fully trained group facilitators who have lived experience of recovering from postnatal depression, perinatal anxiety, perinatal trauma or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). They are able to offer listening support and empathy if you are facing difficult emotions, from early pregnancy up until around 2 years after the birth of your baby.

The groups are currently run via Zoom during Covid.
